To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The damage must have occurred prior to or during delivery.

- Clear photos or videos showing the damage must be provided.
- The claim must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a member of our team.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us through our Contact Page and include:

- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage
- Your contact information
All claims are subject to review by our support team. We reserve the right to request additional information before making a determination.
Approval & Resolution
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement item, or
- Provide a refund for the damaged product
Claims that cannot be verified or do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items that are not defective or damaged
- Requests submitted after the reporting period
